HOW DO I ACCESS THE STUDIO?
You will receive an access code to enter the studio via text message 15 minutes before booking. 
WHEN TO ARRIVE & LEAVE?
The code to enter the studio should not be used until the exact time of your rental. Please be sure to include set up, break down and clean up time in your rental time. Rentals are booked back to back, and fees will incur if you are late to leave the studio after your rental time is over. Please be courteous to other renters.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME THAN I ORIGINALLY RENTED?
If you need more time than originally rented, please call ASAP so we can check if there is another reservation after your scheduled time. If there is not one scheduled immediately following you then you may purchase additional time. The invoice must be paid while you are on site. 
WHAT IS THE LIGHTING LIKE?
The Light Room is a full natural light studio with north and west facing windows. There will be white sheer curtains available for the north wall and sheer/blackout curtains for the west facing walls. If you're booked later in the day, please be mindful of sunset on the day of your reservation and plan accordingly. We do not provide additional lighting equipment beyond the overhead lighting in The Light Room. 
The White Room Studio will have studio lighting provided. There will be resources available for studio lighting in your confirmation email. 
CAN WE HANG THINGS ON THE WALLS?
Yes. Please use command strips ONLY. Please do not leave any trace of hanging items behind. *damage and cleaning fees may apply if the studio is not cleaned properly after your rental*
CAN WE DO A CAKE SMASH IN THE STUDIO?
Yes. Please do not leave any trace of cake left behind. We will have a white floor panel available and cleaning supplies in the studio, or you can bring your own supplies to put down. *damage and cleaning fees may apply if the studio is not cleaned properly after your rental*
CAN I BRING PETS?
We would love to welcome your pets into The Light Room Studio ONLY. Please bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair left by the pet. Pets of any kind are not allowed in the The White Room Studio at this time. *damage and cleaning fees may apply if the studio is not cleaned properly after your rental*
CAN WE BRING FOOD & DRINKS?
You’re more than welcome to bring in any food or drink into the space. If you book The Light Room Studio you will have access to the kitchen space with a refrigerator.
For events, all food will need to be prepared prior to your arrival in the space. Guests can bring chafing dishes and heaters to keep food warm. Cooking on-site is strictly prohibited. 
We require that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space. You can view TABC Code here
DO YOU SUPPLY TABLES AND CHAIRS?
Guests have access to our prop inventory and can choose any piece to incorporate into their event or rental. We do not provide formal seating for events. We encourage guests to bring in tables and chairs through outside rental companies. Any furniture rental deliveries and pick-up must be completed during reserved time.
CAN WE USE CONFETTI? 
Confetti larger than 1 inch is allowed. Please do not leave a single trace of the confetti used. *damage and cleaning fees may apply if the studio is not cleaned properly after your rental* Guests are encouraged to bring all of the appropriate cleaning materials to gather and remove all confetti used to avoid additional cleaning fees. 
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS NOT ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO? 
Any glitter, confetti smaller than 1 inch, gender reveal canons, smoke bombs, candles or sand are NOT permitted inside the studio. Flower petals, confetti greater than 1 inch, and cake may be used but must be cleaned up thoroughly without any sign of use. *damage and cleaning fees may apply if the studio is not cleaned properly after your rental*
MAY I TOUR THE STUDIO?
We would love to show you the studio! Please email us to set up a time. 
IS THERE A STUDIO MANAGER ON SITE?
There is not a studio manager on site at all times. If you have any problems, please send us an email. If you have an emergency, please call us ASAP! 
CAN I MOVE PROPS AROUND?
Yes! We want you to use your creative eye with all the props in the storage room! Please put props back where you found them once you are done.
CAN ROLLING WALLS BE MOVED AROUND? 
Yes! Please use the handles provided to move the walls. Please also put them back where you found them.
